Job Description
We are seeking a talented Counter Help, A Grill Man Cook, and a Bagel Baker to join our bakery team. As a Bagel Baker, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a wide range of bagels, donuts, deli, and bread. You will work closely with our owner to develop new recipes and ensure that all products are of the highest quality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of bagels, donuts, and deli.
- Develop new bagels, donuts recipes and flavors
- Ensure that all bagels are fresh and of the highest quality
- Manage inventory and ordering of baking supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Train and supervise other kitchen staff as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexibility to work early mornings and weekends as needed
